RANGER Wireless Solutions® has more than 18 years of experience supporting the wireless industry. We are a small, state-of-the-art, facilities-based company located in Dallas, Texas. We have Sonet access, and our system is fully redundant, and a switch capable of handling 28,000 voice conversations at any given time.


John Ofenloch

Chief Executive

John Ofenloch has more than 20 years of experience in a wide variety of industries, including telecommunications, Internet services, technology, and integrated optic manufacturing. His experience includes serving in senior management and interim management roles, assisting in the development and implementation of restructuring and business plans, creating strategic initiatives, and developing reporting packages for ongoing analysis by management. He has overseen all aspects of finance and accounting departments including assisting in the completion of an initial public offering, negotiating sale-lease-backs, and working on various mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to his involvement with Satori Capital, Mr. Ofenloch worked for FTI Consulting and previously held multiple senior management positions in finance, operations, and treasury for wireless and telecommunications firms. He has served as acting CFO and treasurer of a photonics component manufacturing company, where he had overall responsibility for strategic planning, general accounting, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, and investor relations. He held the Deputy CFO position at CAH, a holding company that controls telecommunications operating divisions and subsidiaries in the U.S. Virgin Islands that include a local telephone company, three cable companies, and a wireless company.
He has also held the title of Deputy CFO and Senior Vice President at Pacific Crossing Limited, a company that operates a trans-Pacific, sub-sea network providing a vital link between the U.S. and Asia. While at Pacific Crossing, Mr. Ofenloch helped manage and guide the company through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy process by cutting costs and improving revenue, which resulted in a successful sale to NTT in Oct 2009.

Mr. Ofenloch holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Auburn University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University.


David Kramer

Chief Technology Officer

David Kramer has more than 30 years experience in the creation, direction, leadership and management of high performance global technology organizations; building elite teams, driving new business opportunities, cultivating customer-centric organizations and creating cutting-edge technology solutions for an ever-evolving cloud computing market space.

Since June of 2007 Mr. Kramer has been CEO of Cooperative Computing, which was formed to help companies in their journey to utilizing private and public cloud services and has emerged as a global industry innovator; delivering comprehensive services and solutions in several of High-tech’s most innovative and forward-thinking arenas, and delivering these solutions to over 120 companies.

Prior to Cooperative Computing Mr. Kramer led the global operations and engineering organization for Data Return, LLC (currently Terremark) that would become one of the first Windows hosting companies in the world. Kramer led product development and operations, and designed and assisted in the deployment of all traditional managed service products within the Data Return family of products. In 2006, he led the engineering team in the development and implementation of Cloud Services, contributing to over $20 million in annual revenues and 30% quarter of quarter growth leading to the profitable sale of the company to Terremark in 2007.
Mr. Kramer has held leadership positions at Alcatel and launched his career as a Computing and Communications Specialist in the United States Air Force, where he was responsible for the installation and maintenance of ARPAnet advanced computing and communications systems. These systems became the backbone for the Department of Defense Network, the military version of the Internet.


Jerry Tonini

Vice President

Mr. Tonini has worked with Ranger Wireless Solutions for the past 11 years managing billing contracts and customer care. His more than 36 years’ experience in computers and telecommunications technologies offers a unique and diverse set of competencies spanning various industries and disciplines ranging from computer manufacturing, telecommunication technologies and Internet services.

Mr. Tonini co-founded T² Communications and built a premier CLEC in Michigan, delivering the first Triple Play services in Western Michigan via fiber optics to the home (FTTH), delivering state-of-the-art VoIP, Internet, and IPTV Services. He directed and managed all aspects of CLEC services developing processes for customer care, field operations services and support, billing, legal and regulatory affairs. Jerry instituted a series of construction projects designed to reduce the cost to deliver services. Heading up the design and build of T2’s integrated Ethernet and SONET optical network, AT&T Colocation central office build out; connecting T2 local central office and SONUS Switch to the Public Switched Telephone Network along with the IPTV Head end. Interconnecting our customers and Carriers successfully on time and in budget. Recently he completed the expansion of T² CLEC Texas, and has since built another CLEC his third; providing unique perspectives in telecommunication services.

Jerry is actively engaged in his community through the Michigan West Coast Chamber of Commerce, City of Holland. Volunteering to support his community, City Council recently appointed him to the Sustainability Committee and was elected Vice Chairman.
Jerry attended Grand Rapids Community College; Western Michigan University, and other educational institutions and certificate programs.
